This is our 6th time staying at Villa La Estancia and you won't find a better place. Location is great, everything you need is right there, staff is the best. This is our 3rd time staying in 3603 and if you want the ultimate penthouse with the perfect view this is it!! Michele, Vlad and Rosie are there to take care of anything you need. Can't wait to return.

Our group has stayed at almost every Penthouse in La Estancia and 3603 is by far our favorite! You cannot match the outdoor experience that this Penthouse offers. They recently updated the inside furniture as well. Vlad is the best in the business! Also, because of a major snowstorm, our group was forced to have to fly to Cabo one day before we were to get into PH3603 and didn't have any place to stay. I contacted Melanie and she was able to make a few calls and get us into PH 3603 a day early. That is what I call great customer service! We have stayed in this PH 3 or 4 times and will definitely be back again soon. If you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed....it's simply awesome!!

We’ve stayed at most of the penthouses in Villa La Estancia, and 3603 didn’t disappoint! Vlad was wonderful and took care of our needs. There is so much space that we never even got to enjoy! The views and the sounds of the ocean waves made it so hard to leave. All the staff at Villa La Estancia go above and beyond. Melanie, the property manager, is wonderful to work with. It will be the best vacation of your life!

We went to Cabo to celebrate my wife's 50th with four other couples. I have stayed at Estancia many times and have always said "we should stay up top". We couldn't be more happy we did. The property is well appointed and incredibly spacious. We used the outdoor hot tub and firepit daily and spent most of our time on the balcony. When we arrived, Vlad was there to greet us and give us a tour of the unit, including how to use the amenities. I think he stopped by four times to check on us and had a smile on his face every time. The PH is the perfect spot at Estancia, with privacy and fantastic views. There is nothing I would change! Estancia is walkable to downtown, but a "Mexican limo" (what the doormen call a van) was the preferred mode of transport. We went downtown every night. Halloween in Cabo is something everyone should experience once in their life. You won't believe it! After staying in 3603, I'm not sure any other unit will do for us. LOL. Highly recommend.

This was our third time staying in Villa 3603 and it is truly spectacular in every way. The views, the bedrooms, the balcony, a fully stocked kitchen and of course Vlad, the best private concierge can't be beat. My husband can swim in the water here and I love the pool with the swim up bar. We will be back again soon!

We have been traveling to Cabo of over 11 years and have been staying in this unit every year with our entire family, 3603. It is absolutely GORGEOUS...the views on the patio are by far the prettiest I have ever witnessed. The concierge,Vlad is fantastic and will help with anything you need including shopping, transportation, chef services and even pinata parties for the kids.The daily housekeepers Rosario and Vanessa are fantastic. My kids and grandkids don't want to travel anywhere but to 3603 Villa Estancia! We are making beautiful memories here.

Penthouse 3603 was fabulous. Just like the pictures. Vladimir was so helpful in planning our activities and ensuring our fridge was stocked upon our arrival! Location on Medano Beach is a 15 minute walk to most restaurants and only 5 minute uber drive. Highly recommend.
